Strawberry Cake/Cupcakes

For cake layers:

1 box Duncan Hines White cake mix
1 box (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 cups mashed strawberries
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 eggs

For cupcakes:

1 box Duncan Hines White cake mix
1 box (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 cup mashed strawberries
3/4 cup whole milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions for all:
Mix all ingredients on medium/low in stand mixer for 2 minutes or until combined. Pour into greased and floured pans and bake according to pan size @ 350 degrees. Cupcakes usually bake in 15-20 minutes.
